The Application Process
We will be accepting applications from the 1st October for our 2013 graduate programme.
Online psychometric tests are sent to successful applicants from the screening stage. The development programme is challenging and these tests ensure that you will be able to cope.
Our online tests are provided by SHL and we encourage all potential applicants to complete some practice tests available at www.shldirect.com
Based on the results of the psychometric tests, successful applicants are contacted for a first round telephone interview. Here we are looking for applicants to demonstrate key competencies through relevant experience, and also invite more detailed questions from applicants about what they might expect from the programme.
Clearly this is a rigorous process, but it's not over yet! Applicants who are successful in the telephone interview will be invited to attend an assessment centre in Dublin, where a number of different activities will take place, which may include a group exercise, a presentation and a second interview. Attendees will be provided with full instructions at the time.
Then, after at least four rounds of increasingly rigorous testing and assessment, if the fit is right, we offer them the position.
